MEET THE COACHES
My name is John St. Luce, 8 years ago I truly fell in love with health and fitness after acquiring my first client. The experience I had while working with someone who had some limitations brought out a level of care from within that I never knew existed. I believe you first have to change your mindset to achieve what you think is physically impossible. Over the past six years I've mainly worked with clients who are beginning their weight loss journey, coaching them to achieve great success. Before making the transition to full-time training, I worked in law enforcement with the Dekalb County Police Department for thirteen years. Moving forward I want to dedicate my time to improving the lives of others through health and fitness.
Currently I hold my Personal Training Certification and a Fitness Nutrition Certificate with ISSA. I am also CPR certified
My name is Lamare(Mr.LEFIT) Fuller.
I have always been athletic and competitive. I ran track, and played basketball & football all through high school. Even though I may not have won every single competition or even had a major impact on any of my teams, I’ve always pushed myself to do the best that I know I was capable of with the knowledge that I had.
I have an extensive background in training celebrities, professional and amateur athletes as well as working with individuals with little to no experience in fitness. My emphasis is in "WEIGHT LOSS/ MUSCLE GAIN. I have had the pleasure of maintaining this long-lasting career beginning with my first internship that started in September of 2002. My favorite client(s) are those with a goal and a willingness to work towards it! I live, eat, and sleep fitness everyday of my life. I look to forward sharing my love for fitness with others who have aspiration to becoming a better and stronger version of themselves everyday.
